- What are the available shipping rates and what is the max value for insurance?

We ship to any destination in the world with confidence! You have to note that shipping rates may vary in different countries. In order to put you in picture about the shipping rates, we created a chart below so that you can observe and compare them - note that the rates are valid for the DPD courier service to the EU countries. You should also note that the prices indicated on this chart are net (ex.VAT) prices. We understand if you would like to save the sum of VAT on your order, which is possible too! If you are interested in the details how to save the VAT, please read our payment options carefully below! 

As for insurance, each order to be delivered to your home is insured up to the value of €520. This is an automatic process and it is carried out and managed by the courier service. If the goods in your package have arrived but are damaged the insurance will cover up to the extent of the damage. Please contact us immediately in any case of lost or damaged shipments! We can tell youthough with confidence that all of your orders are always wrapped safely and carefully, and they are also delivered to each of our customers' door usually with no issues whatsoever! If your order is higher than that value mentioned above, further insurance options are available. Luckily, the maximum value of orders insured is pretty high: €13000. In case of orders that are higher than the automatic insurance value, an insurance fee has to be paid in advance. This fee is 0,04% of the total value of goods ordered. Please indicate it in your order if you would like to have this extra insurance!
In case you cannot see your countriy in the chart below, we are here to offer you Flat Rate shipping. We have always had a good quality and trustworthy experience with the postal courier service since the beginning of our operation. This shipping option has a unified price and limited tracking. You also can insure the products, yet the system is different here: the insurance is valid for €1000 / box.

- I have an EU VAT number. Can you deduct the VAT for me?

In accordance with the law we have plenty of options available for you to deduct your VAT. These VAT deductions are usually done in two ways. a) if you live in a non-EU country b) if you have a valid EU-tax ID

Our webshop automatically detects if your tax ID is valid, and offers you an ex.VAT invoice - an ex.VAT invoice will also be issued if you offer a non-EU country in the payment and shipping address fields in your order.
Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any issue with the validation of your tax ID!



- What is this "Paypal fee" in my order?

We offer Paypal as an option to you due to its immediate transfer time and worldwide network. It is a handy gateway service when it comes to payment, yet it obviously has a price. For these universal and easy-to-use services Paypal issues a 4% fee on each transaction in exchange, which we won't be able to deduct from our side, so eventually we have to issue it on customers, like other businesses do.

- I want to pay by credit card? How does that work?

Credit card payments are offered for you via Paypal. As we have stated above, it is a handy gateway service when it comes to payment, yet it obviously has a price. For these universal and easy-to-use services Paypal issues a 4% fee on each transaction in exchange, which we won't be able to deduct from our side, so eventually we have to issue it on customers, like other businesses do.

We would also like to recommend you to check out the details regarding Paypal's buyer protection here! It might save you from a lot of hassle! At the same time, we can recommend you wire transfer to our account. Analogue Zone has an euro-based business bank account, and after years of experience, we can confirm that most payments usually arrive within 2-4 days. Wire transfers also contain no extra transaction fee either, so it is worth taking this payment option! 



- I want to return a product. How should I do it and what do I get back from the money?
Sure, you can return the purchased product 14 days after purchase. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Analoguezone can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. If all conditions are not met, Analoguezone reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. 

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. 

Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The amount of restocking fee depends on the physical condition of the returned product. Which will be calculated after the item is received.

Please send all the accessories and original packages back to our showroom address as an insured shipment.

- Will you restock the product if I want to get something else from you / want my money back?

You have to bear in mind that Analogue Zone reserves the right to refuse to restock and refund certain products. These are seperately indicated, but usually fall under these categories: a) products that were pre-ordered or special (one-time) orders b) boutique and rare items such as Cwejman or Buchla products. The bottom line is that we are always here to help you, yet you should also shop with care and watch out for our speical indications. As for other products, the return policy we mentioned above is valid.

- I have a broken product. Can you help me? What should I do?

First and foremost, please contact us immediately if you have an issue with the product you received. We know how these situations can make all of us feel, so we should deal with the problem as soon as possible!


Please use the following form when you are reporting to us:

Videos / photos attached presenting the issue (it is worth making them, because sometimes we can send you a direct instruction to fix something straight away or detect if it is an error or not)!

After we got in touch and made sure that an issue had been detected with the product, please ship the item with its original package and accessories to our showroom's address!

In case of broken products we are ready to help you with two main options available.
  1. In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement item to you upon receiving the broken item and making sure that it is indeed defective.
  2. If the first option is not available, we will return the defective item after testing  directly to the manufacturer, covering the shipping costs for you! Note that in that case we reserve the right to wait for the manufacturers' response and confirmation, which we will be happy to forward to you as well!

- I see that a lot of products are on "pre-order". How does this work? What are my options?


Due to the boutique manufacturing and/or limited availability of parts and/or large amount of customers, waiting lists may have to be set up at some of your orders. The high demand can cause waiting lists to occur in case of products as well which have already been announced after trade shows such as NAMM: they are still pending and to be released after they are announced! Worry not: we handle waiting lists with utmost care and set up the following conditions to enhance your shopping experience. 

  1. Advanced and partial payments can be refunded auntil the products arrive - in that case you lose your position on the waiting list. Note that if you had paid via Paypal, we have 90 days to refund your payment, after that time, the Paypal payment system is going to treat it as a standard transaction so the transaction fee becomes non-refundable! Please also read what we can offer you above in the payment section. 
  2. Special (one-time) orders are treated individually - feel free to contact us if you are after something you could not get anywhere! We have already helped a lot of customers who were having a hard time finding a product!
  3. We are struggling for getting the products for you but it may occur that updates from the manufacturer(s) become less frequent. Worry not, we are doing our best and each story has a happy ending!



- I have seen a product at another store for a better price than yours. will you match the price for me?


Thanks to Analogue Zone's direct relationship with manufacturers all their products are offered in their retail prices. However, some other sellers (either temporarily or for a longer period of time) might reduce the retail prices of a similar or identical product. In these cases we can investigate and will be able to provide the product in question for the best price.

What kind of products can I apply this guarantee for?

- The Low Price Guarantee can be applied for any products that are available in our webshop!

In what conditions am I not able to apply for the Low Price Guarantee?

- It frequently occurs that our Competitor advertises a product on sale when they don't have the advertised product in stock. For this reason, the Low Price Guarantee can only be applied for if the other product can be verified to be in stock at our Competitor's shop. In case of other temporary sales of other shops the Low Price Guarantee can be applied after evaluation - in this case we have the right to provide the Low Price Guarantee.

What kind of information do I need to apply for the Low Price Guarantee?

- In order to validate the Analogue Zone Low Price Guarantee you will need to be able to present a proof, e.g. the webpage URL of the webshop, a flyer, catalogue, etc.

Is it possible to extend the Low Price Guarantee to other services than the products' prices?

- Taking the quality of our services into account, it is not possible. The costs of our services are based on our resources, skills and quality expectations.
