Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The amount of restocking fee depends on the physical condition of the returned product. Which will be calculated after the item is received.
Please send all the accessories and original packages back to our showroom address as an insured shipment.

- In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement item to you upon receiving the broken item and making sure that it is indeed defective.
- If the first option is not available, we will return the defective item after testing directly to the manufacturer, covering the shipping costs for you! Note that in that case we reserve the right to wait for the manufacturers' response and confirmation, which we will be happy to forward to you as well!

Due to the boutique manufacturing and/or limited availability of parts and/or large amount of customers, waiting lists may have to be set up at some of your orders. The high demand can cause waiting lists to occur in case of products as well which have already been announced after trade shows such as NAMM: they are still pending and to be released after they are announced! Worry not: we handle waiting lists with utmost care and set up the following conditions to enhance your shopping experience.
- We have to inform you that we have backorders at Cwejman and other boutique makers for a few years. Any signing up to the waiting list is based on the quantity of our backorder. You can join the waiting by placing an order, where you can select advanced payment or not. At the moment of the arrival of the product(s) in our stock, the customers are served in the order of payments.

Please note that if the order is paid in advance you automatically take over to the customers who subscribed to the waiting list without payment. If you have not paid in advance, you will get a notification if the product in case the product is still in stock. The product is only uploaded to our online store after that!

Please also note that the number of our accepted payments is always limited to the quantity of our backorder.
Thanks to Analogue Zone's direct relationship with manufacturers all their products are offered in their retail prices. However, some other sellers (either temporarily or for a longer period of time) might reduce the retail prices of a similar or identical product. In these cases we can investigate and will be able to provide the product in question for the best price.

- Due to the circumstances of boutique manufacturers it might take longer for a faulty or broken unit to turn around during the repair process. In these cases the unit's price can only be refunded if the replacement unit was confirmed by the manufacturer. In other cases, the process has to be waited out so that we could get the repaired unit back from the manufacturers. After a thorough observation of the unit we will get back to you with a restocking fee. In any case, shipping costs and further payment fees are non-refundable.
